STEPHANIE SALDIVAR
Specializing in long exposure landscapes and storytelling concepts
I’m Stephanie Saldivar, a writer, photographer, and director based in the breathtaking Texas Hill Country. My creative journey began long before I ever picked up a camera. Before age ten, I was already crafting stories, drawn to how narrative could capture emotion, memory, and meaning. As a teenager, I discovered photography and fell in love with its ability to tell stories without words. That same year, I dreamed of becoming a National Geographic photographer—a dream that continues to shape how I see the world and the images I create.
Rooted in Texas, my appetite for adventure has led me far beyond the Lone Star State. I’ve wandered through alpine valleys, desert canyons, coastal marshes, and ancient forests, where each landscape offers its own story, textures, and history. These wild spaces teach me to slow down, listen, and look deeper into Earth’s diverse beauty and the timelines stretching far beyond our own. The interplay of place, story, and self remains the foundation of my work. Whether through commercial projects or passion-led journeys, I aim to portray environmental stories that spark reflection, rekindling our shared connection to the land.
What I treasure most in this work, beyond the images themselves, are the people I’ve met along the way and the sense of play that still guides me. There is something sacred about the creative process: the collaboration, the trust, the unspoken energy shared between subject and space. I feel grateful for every opportunity to bring stories to life and to invite others into a visual world where curiosity leads, and nature always has something to teach.
Welcome to my world where story, wildness, and wonder meet.
